EXHIBIT & EVENT FABRIC CARE
Professional Banner & Exhibit Fabric Cleaning in Toronto

Extend the usable life of reusable exhibit graphics, event banners and fabric displays with professional commercial textile care.
Washing Dynasty provides specialized cleaning, inspection, quality control, packing, pickup and delivery services for exhibit and event fabrics across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Our program is designed for exhibit builders, trade show companies, display rental operators, large-format printers, event production teams, marketing agencies and organizations that reuse fabric graphics for multiple events.
Where the fabric, ink, coating or printing method is unknown, we recommend starting with one test piece or an inconspicuous-area test before processing the full batch.

Our Banner Cleaning Process
- Project Review: We collect dimensions, quantity, photos, construction information, care instructions, stain details, deadline and packing requirements.
- Intake and Documentation: Each project receives a job reference. Items can be counted, measured and photographed, with visible damage or printing concerns documented before cleaning.
- Controlled Test: When the material, ink, coating or prior treatment is unknown, we test one item or an inconspicuous area and provide a go/no-go recommendation.
- Professional Cleaning: We select a controlled cleaning process based on the fabric, construction, soil level and intended presentation.
- Quality Inspection: We inspect the print, colour, marks, seams, zippers, silicone edging and overall presentation.
- Packing: Items can be folded, rolled, bagged or returned in customer containers according to an agreed packing method.
- GTA Delivery: Completed projects are returned through scheduled pickup and delivery. Rush service is subject to testing and production capacity.

A Sample-First Approach
A recent exhibit-industry customer began with one 96 × 48 inch fabric graphic. After reviewing the cleaned sample and confirming that it looked great, the customer released the remaining batch for cleaning and added Washing Dynasty to its supplier system.
New partners can use the same sample-first approach before approving a larger batch.
Quality and Risk Controls
Before cleaning, we distinguish removable soil from permanent print damage, abrasion, cracking, adhesive transfer, UV fading and other pre-existing conditions.
High-risk areas can include saturated colours, ink rub-off, heat-sensitive printing, repaired seams, liners, adhesive components and previously damaged silicone edging.
A successful test reduces risk but does not guarantee that every graphic will react identically, particularly when items were printed in different production lots or exposed to different environments.
Items Requiring Separate Review
- Vinyl and adhesive graphics
- Foam, wood, metal or non-removable hardware
- Electronics and installed LED components
- Paper-backed media and rigid substrates
- Fire-retardant-treated materials
- Severely cracked, delaminating or sun-damaged printing
- Mould, hazardous contamination or unknown chemicals

Frequently Asked Questions
Can printed fabric banners be professionally cleaned?
Many printed polyester and blended fabric banners can be professionally cleaned, but suitability depends on the fabric, ink, coating, construction and prior condition. Washing Dynasty recommends testing when the specifications are unknown.
Can you clean SEG graphics?
Yes. We assess the printed fabric, seams and silicone perimeter before selecting a cleaning process. A test clean may be recommended for unknown or high-risk graphics.
Will cleaning damage the printed colour?
Professional testing and controlled processing reduce the risk of colour transfer, bleeding or surface damage. However, pre-existing print deterioration and differences between production batches must be considered before processing.
Do you offer a test cleaning service?
Yes. New customers can begin with one test piece or an inconspicuous-area test before approving a larger batch.
Do you provide pickup and delivery?
Yes. Scheduled pickup and delivery are available across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Service availability and cost depend on the project size, location and urgency.
How should cleaned banners be packed?
Depending on the graphic and customer requirements, items can be folded, rolled, bagged or returned in customer-supplied containers.
How long does banner cleaning take?
Standard projects generally require 3-5 business days after testing and approval. Priority service may be available in approximately 2-3 business days, subject to capacity and material suitability.
